The Firey Pig formed out of a long-time dream of Scott and Lisa Wallace to have a food business. Scott and Lisa both love to cook and this business fulfills their dream. The Firey Pig specializes in hickory smoked meats: pulled pork, pulled chicken, wings, brisket, ribs, and pork tenderloin.
Our sides are delicious hash brown casserole, macaroni and cheese, potato salad, cole slaw, and old fashioned baked beans, just like Granny made. Often we will have scrumptious desserts - Fudge, Buttermilk, and Mmmm Milton (chocolate chip pecan) pies, or Strawberry Cake. Sometimes we mix it up and serve other sweets! We like to keep things exciting!
Catch us for breakfast on Saturdays in Milton!! Homemade biscuits, gravy, eggs made to order, hash brown casserole, bacon, sausage, tenderloin, and brisket!
